There may be a “shooting ceasefire” in the Mideast, but does that mean all forms of warfare are off the table?

Call it a shadow war if you like, but cybersecurity efforts at espionage or outright malicious attacks on other countries are always ongoing. See this Iranian Cyber Capability for a description of all their capabilities.

I’ll suggest that a “cease fire” is just that, a pause in the fighting. It is not clear if that pause in the shooting war is applicable to cyber warfare.
