Kratt came to AWP Safety after an impressive tenure at AEP Ohio, where he held the position of Vice President of Operations for five years, overseeing the complete electrical distribution portfolio for nearly 1.5 million Ohio customers. His background also includes key roles at Indiana Michigan Power, where he managed operations, maintenance, safety, and financial performance for the electrical grid serving over 580,000 customers, involving a network of more than 250,000 miles of transmission distribution power lines.
